What is Find & Touch?

Find & Touch (探してタッチ) is a hidden object puzzle game available on LINE. Your goal is to find hidden items within beautifully illustrated scenes before time runs out. It's perfect for quick gaming sessions and helps improve observation skills!

How do I start playing?

To start playing:

  • Open LINE on your device
  • Access the game through the LINE LIFF link
  • Allow the game to access your LINE profile
  • Tap "Start Game" to begin!
Do I need a LINE account?

Yes, Find & Touch requires a LINE account to play. The game uses LINE's authentication system to save your progress and ensure a personalized experience. Don't have LINE? You can download it for free from the App Store or Google Play.

Is the game free to play?

Yes! Find & Touch is completely free to play. The game is supported by advertisements. You can also watch optional ads to earn extra life points.

Gameplay

How do I find hidden items?

Look at the item list at the bottom of the screen. These are the items you need to find in the scene. When you spot an item, simply tap on it. If you're correct, the item will be marked as found!

Tip: Look carefully at the edges and corners of the scene - items are often hidden in unexpected places!
What happens if I tap the wrong spot?

Tapping the wrong spot counts as a mistake. Too many mistakes will reduce your final score. Try to be accurate rather than fast!

How is my score calculated?

Your score is based on:

  • Speed: Finding items quickly earns more points
  • Accuracy: Fewer mistakes means higher scores
  • Completion: Finding all items gives a bonus
How many levels are there?

Find & Touch currently features 20+ unique levels, each with different themes and difficulty levels. We regularly add new levels, so there's always something new to explore!

Can I replay completed levels?

Yes! You can replay any level you've unlocked to improve your score or just for fun. Select the level from the level selection screen.

Life Points

What are life points?

Life points are required to start a new game. Each game session consumes one life point. This system helps manage server resources while keeping the game free for everyone.

How do I get more life points?

There are two ways to get life points:

  • Wait: Life points automatically regenerate over time
  • Watch Ads: You can watch a short video ad to instantly receive an extra life point
How fast do life points regenerate?

Life points regenerate approximately every 30 minutes. The exact rate may vary, and you can see your current regeneration timer in the game.

What's the maximum number of life points?

You can hold up to 5 life points at a time. Once you reach the maximum, regeneration will pause until you use some points.

Technical Issues

The game won't load. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Close and reopen LINE
  • Clear the LINE app cache (Settings > Apps > LINE > Clear Cache)
  • Update LINE to the latest version
  • Restart your device

My progress wasn't saved!

Progress is saved automatically when you complete a level. If your progress wasn't saved:

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection
  • Wait for the level completion screen to fully load
  • Don't close the app during the saving process
Note: If you play offline, your progress cannot be saved to the server.
The game is running slowly

For better performance:

  • Close other apps running in the background
  • Make sure your device has enough free memory
  • Use a stable Wi-Fi connection instead of mobile data
  • Restart the LINE app

Emergency Contact Feature

What is the emergency contact feature?

This optional feature allows you to designate trusted contacts who can receive notifications about your gaming activity. It was designed with elderly players in mind, providing a simple way for family members to stay connected and check in.

Important: This is NOT a replacement for emergency services. For real emergencies, always contact local emergency services.
How do I set up emergency contacts?

To set up emergency contacts:

  • Go to Settings in the game
  • Select "Emergency Contacts"
  • Add your trusted contact's information
  • Choose notification preferences

Account & Data

How can I delete my data?

To request data deletion, please contact us at privacy@findandtouch.app. Include your LINE display name so we can locate your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Can I transfer my progress to a new device?

Yes! Your progress is linked to your LINE account, not your device. Simply log in with the same LINE account on your new device, and your progress will be automatically restored.

What data do you collect?
